  • 55 grams Rye Flour — 10%
  • 137.5 grams Whole Wheat Flour — 25%
  • 357.5 grams White Flour — 65%
  • 400 grams Water
  • 12 grams Salt

Notes

Tasted very wheaty. Uneven and more dense crumb than normal
